Physically, I am 5'11" tall and weigh 155 lbs. I have blond hair and green eyes. I grew up in Lincolnton, North Carolina which is in Lincoln county. Lincolnton, the county seat, is located in the southwest section of the state - just 28 miles northwest of Charlotte, NC, it is only 20 minutes from I-85, to the south; 20 minutes from I-40, to the north; and 15 minutes from I-77 to the east. Lincoln county is bounded by Mecklenburg, Gaston, Cleveland, Catawba and Iredell counties. I currently live in Charlotte, NC which is in Meckenburg county. Charlotte was incorporated in 1768. The city was named for Queen Charlotte, wife of England's King George III, and Mecklenburg County was named for her German home state. Charlotte means many things to many people — Southern hospitality, the second-largest banking center in the country, a city of trees, home of major-league sports teams, a "can-do" city filled with big dreams and friendly neighbors. With a population of 1.7 million, metropolitan Charlotte offers all of the advantages and amenities of a major urban area. Still more people reside nearby. With 6.9 million residents within 100 miles, Charlotte lies at the heart of a region that is the sixth largest urban area in the United States. Dun & Bradstreet lists 957 companies in their Million Dollar Data Base with facilities in Charlotte-Mecklenburg. In addition, 326 Fortune 500 companies, seven of which are headquartered in Charlotte, ranking Charlotte seventh nationally in the number of headquartered firms. |
